My husband and I got married here. I also encountered a ghost in the Rose window room. I haven't been in again to check if it still there or not as it frightened me witless!

Leeds is a great day out if you want to shop. It is easily accessed by train from Bingley Station if you prefer not to take the car.
I particularly like The Ivy in the Victoria Quarter of Leeds. The Leeds Arena is fantastic for concerts, me and Mr H have spent many happy evenings there

If you have an urge to visit Betty's we find the one at Harlow Carr, Harrogate is easier to get in. You can also visit the RHS gardens there too
