Great place to get away from the crowds and all the touristy things you find at the more well-known beaches. There are no chain restaurants, miniature golf, souvenir stores, etc within 30 minutes. However, you will find quiet beaches; lots of wildlife (dolphins, otters, turtles, bears, foxes, lots of birds & sea creatures, and even the rare white squirrel); seashells galore; and amazing fishing, shrimping, & crabbing. Additionally, there is a kayak rental business and boat charters at the marina along with a seasonal Tiki Bar.
