100% of profit go toward local charities. When we went we had the ramen noodles and they were really tasty and conscientiously prepared with locally sourced food. We didn't hang out in the bar but looks like a nice venue for chatting with friends and having drinks.

100 Auditorium CirCall the concierge and ask to schedule a tour. Its a little pricey and a tad too short but the story of Emma Koehler is really cool and the renovated brewery into an upscale, super funky hotel is not one to miss. Included in the tour is a complimentary drink in the hotel library. I recommend the 3 Emmas and be sure to make them tell you the true story of the 3 Emmas!
