A really nice part of Dublin to hang out, have a coffee or a beer and sit back and enjoy the atmosphere! (we prefer it to Temple Bar which can be a bit wild at night.)

Really good pizza according to our most recent Canadian guests. They walked up to it from our house as they wanted somewhere local. A super pub called Slatterys is beside it as is the Aviva Stadium.

This is a fantastic bike ride from Ringsend. It takes you out into the middle of Dublin Bay. Bring some snacks as there are no shops. It is a long pier with the lovely Poolbeg Lighthouse at the end.

A 20 minute walk from our house it is a long beach with a Martello tower on it. My dog Sophie loves swimming here when the tide is in. It is tidal and goes out very far but comes in fast so take care!
