Hikes Around The Area
Moderate, 0.6 miles (out & back), 298ft elevation gain. Short trail but the last part requires some rock and boulder scrambling. Nice waterfall at the end, but best in the late Winter or Spring when the water will be flowing. Park at the end of Woodland Drive at the end of the cul-de-sac. You will see a sign at the start of the trailhead.

Amazing views with plenty of shade under Ponderosa and Piñon pine trees. Downhill to start but a workout on the way back up! You can take this all the way to Mt. Pinos but it will be an all-day challenging hike.
