Since you'll be at the W stop with the water taxi, it gives you the privilege to not just use it for a scenic relaxing ride but also to go places, whenever you feel like it, within its schedule.
You can go to the downtown of Fort Lauderdale (Las Olas) and enjoy shopping, art galleries and a variety of restaurants. There are a wide variety of restaurants to choose from where you get off the Las Olas stop (#1) , or if you feel like grabbing a bite or cocktail with amazing waterfront views such as ''The Boathouse at the Riverside'' at reasonable prices.
