People fish year round on Unity Pond (AKA Lake Winnecook). Also in winter the lake is particularly beautiful as the weather comes in over it. Our house is right on the shore and we have wonderful views. And it is so much fun to sled, ice fish, ice skate, cross country ski and snow mobile on after it freezes.
