Beautiful historic park that incorporates an Arboretum, the Ruben H Fleet Science museum for kids and adults, Art Museums, street entertainers on the weekends. A beautiful Japanese Garden and free concerts in the Park on Sundays at 2PM. Also, A train museum, Natural History Museum, and the Museum of Man. Free parking. Nearly all the attractions in Downtown San Diego are approximately 20 to 25 minutes from my home. Easy access by freeway or Trolley. Trolley takes about 1 hour

Beautiful historic park that incorporates an Arboretum, the Ruben H Fleet Science museum for kids and adults, Art Museums, street entertainers on the weekends. Great opportunity if you've never visited a desert. A cute little town with a nice Mexican restaurant right on the Main St. A state park for hiking, Casa del Zorro for a nice lunch. There is also an art project with metal sculptures that are scattered just outside town.
