Lots of events are staged at Weston throughout the year from art exhibitions, motor and other sports events, to food and music festivals. See "whats on" page on their website. This is also just lovely place to visit where you can enjoy the house the park restaurant and the grounds.

The local village has some quaint shops and cafes. The Lime Tree or Gluttons are both favourites as they both serve some breakfast and lunch items and serve cake, tea and coffee. There is a also village green with a children's paddling pool and playing fields suitable sitting with a picnic or an ice-cream or walking your dog. Then its onto Chill for some live music and a glass of wine or the Dog and Gun pub later on ( the pub does have outside seating and is dog friendly).
