City/town information
Located in one of the most prestigious areas in Tahoe on the North Shore, Incline Village is centrally located between Reno and Tahoe's South Shore. Private beaches, golf, tennis, walking and biking paths (including the Tahoe East Shore Trail), and a large recreational facility with an indoor swimming pool are just a few of the special amenities that the lovely town of Incline Village has to offer. Getting around
We recommend renting a car to get around
Ways to get around Lake Tahoe include the Tahoe Truckee Area Regional Transit (TART) bus routes, shuttles, biking, or by foot. We recommend renting a car if your vacation plans include exploring as much of the area as possible. Make sure to rent a car with chains or a four-wheel drive vehicle with snow-rated tires if you’re arriving in winter (November through April).
