Food Scene

Good selection of local restaurants, also near another great place for food - Manuka. Our favourite for breakfast/brunch is Silo Bakery, feel like you are transported to a patisserie In Paris, delicious artisan wood fired breads, gourmet cheeses and pastries and the best French tarts Canberra has to offer.

Our favourite place to eat is The Ridge Restaurant in the Farrer local shopping complex. It offers a gluten free menu and a great range of classically prepared meals by a European chef.
