360 degree view, excellent in a very sunny day! Awesome short hike to the highest point in Georgia! $5 per adult, parking free all day. Stunning landscapes of the Blue Ridge mountains and Cherokee!! Cool deck and a watch tower! The hiking path is paved but its very steep, better to come down! There is a shuttle also, every 30 min.

This is a nice park not too far away from the city. Has a nice lake, waterfall and campsites too. The views are picturesque. The hike to the fall is a decent one for the family to enjoy. Its pretty easy hike, so if you are looking for a challenge then this may not entice you. Plenty of parking available onsite and the best part that there is patchy cell reception.

Only for those who enjoy a good hike - Worth the hike. Not an easy hike but well worth. Once you get to the overlook, you just want to sit there and enjoy the view and cool breeze. We did the Byron Reece trailhead and it was close to 5 miles. We definitely took our time going up. Going down is easy as expected - Use Byron Reece trailhead parking.

Both waterfalls are gorgeous and relatively easy to get to (less than 0.2 mile each way). Beware of roots, mud and slick rocks on the trail. No restrooms. Limited parking but it's free. The dirt road is narrow, windy and packed with large potholes - located straight from 129/Gainesville Hwy - It's a good road, but it's nearly single-lane, so go slow.
