Restaurants, Cafes & Pubs
There are loads of places to eat and drink in the area, but these are our favourites.
A very busy place, so you'll need to book in advance during peak periods. Mid priced, good pub food in a great location..

Whether you need breakfast, coffee, lunch, evening meal or just a drink, Mostyn and his team are always there and extremely reliable. Quiz night 'is just for fun and it's not a test of intelligence'.
Book early to avoid disappointment.

Another firm favourite of ours, the St.Brides in Little Haven always has a 'fishy' specials board to add to the extensive menu. Local beers (unlike The Castle) go down well especially if you get a table outside. Another very busy pub in peak season.

If you're a walker, the coastal path around the Dale Peninsula is fabulous and includes Mill Bay, where Henry Tudor landed on 7th August 1485 and marched to Bosworth to defeat Richard III two weeks later.
Dale is also fantastic for sailing, and other watersports.

Solva is nestled in a valley and the harbour is very picturesque.
When the tide is out, its a lovely walk out to the beach beyond the boats. Pubs, shops and galleries are in the village and the wonderful Mamgu Welshcakes.
