Rent a bike from the bike shop on Seddon Street, Waihi.
Ride from the township Waihi out to the Karangahake Tunnel.
Stopping at the old mine workings including the revolutionary cyanide storage tanks continue on through to the Karangahake Gorge Tunnel returning on the same trail for a refreshment at the Waikino Tavern.
Swim at the Owharoa Falls or stop for a picnic.
