Park at the western end of Elizabeth Beach (pacific palms). Follow the trail over the hill to 7 Mile Beach. Walk through 'The Ruins' camp ground, cross the road and follow the signs to the lake. The trail follows the lake until 'the Sunset' park. The trail wants you to walk back up the hill you've just walked but if you follow the road for 200m and turn left onto Lakeside Crescent it will lead you back to the car. Its a very hilly walk. Not suited to elderly or non mobile.
