They have exhibits for all ages including a permanent Children’s Exhibit along with a Maritime area and a theatre. The museum expanded to include a newly restored 100-year old building available for rental.
RiverPlace, a convention center on the banks of the Brazos River, is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows and offers an unparalleled view of the water. It is at the Freeport Municipal Park Complex which is home to many community events including the Fishin’ Fiesta, Joy Ride and RiverFest.
