The place where everyone knows your name..... great staff and a local vibe. The House beer is a great classic beer. For IPA fans, keep an eye out for the Sleeping Elefant & try any of the Sours that happen to be on tap. The Margarita Radlers are popular among beer and non-beer drinkers. With a rotating tap, wine, & cider - there's something for everyone! Oh, and the pizza is delicious too! The Firestarter and Bacon Arugula are my favorites.

Delicious Thai food! Every time my brother is in town, he HAS to go here and always orders the Honey Roasted Duck Curry. My three go-to orders are Pad Thai with Tofu (the tofu is delicious here), Drunken Noodles (with chicken or beef), and the Panang Curry. It's always hard to choose!

A beautiful outdoor venue, although there is indoor seating as well. Old House not only offers wine, but also has a brewery and distillery on site. The brewery serves food, but you can also bring your own to the winery.

Love this little shop, and the owner is wonderful! She always has cute, interesting, and beautiful things in stock. This is my go-to store for gifts, whether for others or myself! Don't forget to check out the cute Culpeper magnet set if you want a keepsake to take home.

City/town information
Sperryville is located just outside of Shenandoah National Park, and is an easy 30 minute ride from Culpeper. A cute town to visit for the afternoon, or to stop in after hiking. I love to take visitors on a tour of the Copper Fox Distillery. After hiking all morning, it's great to grab a delicious sandwich from the corner store and head over to Penn Druid Brewery.

Activities
If you enjoy the outdoors, don't miss spending time in Shenandoah. Old Rag is the classic VA hike; however, can get very crowded so go early! Mary's Rock is a favorite of mine - moderate hike of around 3 miles roundtrip, which means a good workout in a short amount of time and great views! Hawksbill is the highest peak in the park, and Stoneyman is great for kids (and adults!)with beautiful views.
