Go a bit before sunset and you will be dazzled by the twinkling tile work on the upright surfaces of the steps. Beyond the steps, there are two more sets of stairs up and to the right that will take you to Grand View Park for some of the most fabulous views of the city!! Please do this if nothing else!!!
