One man operation, but he did a good job of explaining the trek beforehand. We had one first timer with us, and he didn't flip, just a bit of extra water in his kayak.
Expect to help carry the kayaks up and down to the launch point, but it's not far. First half of the river is narrow and requires corrections more frequently than is relaxing, but the back half opens up and is pretty chill.
We were told a two hour trip, ended up being about 2:40 . (My group barely paddled, and we stopped for 15 mins, so pretty accurate.)
