Traveler advice
Getting around
Best to have a car.
I'm two miles from Woodstock Town Center... an easy 5 minute drive, but a dangerous walk along a narrow, busy road without sidewalks. Several guests 'on foot' have discovered that Uber is unreliable or very slow and the few cabs don't work on Sunday. No car? I recommend paying more for a place right in town. Of course it would be great if you stayed with me, but suggest you rent a car—both for convenience and to see more of this beautiful area.
