Topsham was named one of the top ten places to live in 2021 by the Sunday Times, and it’s not hard to see why.
It’s a 10 minute flat walk from the property to the centre of Topsham, where there are numerous independent shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, and ferry trips.
There is a large play park with scooter / skate ramps, and an adjoining recreation field with views over the estuary. It’s an 8 minute walk from the property to Topsham train station, with half hourly trains to Exmouth and Exeter.

Various watersports available, from paddleboarding on the estuary at Topsham, kitesurfing at exmouth, or a family friendly canoe on the canal from Exeter Quay.
Short boat trips are available in Topsham (from nature cruises to a ferry to the pub!). Full day cruises at Exmouth (20 min drive/train). There is a cycle path from Topsham along the estuary to Exmouth & beyond (takes 45 mins) or into Exeter Quay (30mins) - bike / electric bike hire is available at Route 2 cafe in Topsham. Mountain biking at Haldon Forest (15 mins away). Horse & pony riding at BSRS (15 mins away).
