Parks & Nature
My place is on one of the streets at the foot of Arthur's Seat, Edinburgh's unique 'mountain in miniature' in the heart of the city. Just walk up the street behind the flat (Abercorn Road) and at the top of the hill go through the gate in the wall and follow the path straight ahead through the trees. Cross the road at the top of the steps and take the footpath into the trees/gorsebushes and climb uphill. Once away from the road (cars) dogs are fine off the lead. It takes about 30 minutes to reach the summit of Arthur’s Seat from here.
