Parks & Nature
The Boise River Park is Just off the greenbelt. It's a great place to go to watch surfers and kayakers on the adjustable river wave. It all depends on the River flows but it is usually running well from March - November. If you are feeling adventurous you can give it a try.

Great place to swim in the summer as the water is warmer than the river. It is also a good place to try paddle boarding, kayaking etc... as you can rent from The two shops nearby; either Corridor Surf Shop or Idaho River Sports.

One of our favorite local restaurants. The Fork blends fresh flavors from throughout the Northwest to create an Americana dining experience that is both surprising and comforting. Whenever possible, they follow the ‘farm to fork’ approach that includes sourcing farm-fresh ingredients locally, then preparing them in such a way as to enhance, but never cover, their natural qualities. Delicious food in one of Boise's historic buildings.
