Getting around
Spetses is a car free island!
You may walk around the center of the island, to the Old Harbor or Agios Nikolaos enjoying a picturesque path along the seaside and seeing the 150 year old captain-mansions by the road. Another way to move around is by bicycle e-bike, or motorbike. Along the seaside road you may also want to enjoy a ride on the horse-carriages.

During the summer months you will mostly move around with your swimming suit , a caftan or sorts and your sandals all day long! In the evening you will meet people of all lifestyles, from sorts and sneakers to long silk dresses!

Since it’s a car free island children walk around worry free. In the afternoon until late evening all children from 0-18 years old gather at Posidonion square with their soccer balls, skateboards, electric scooters, bicycles, etc. They meet and make new friends
