Local busses are mostly available in and around the main cities (Mapusa, Panaji, Margao, Vasco, Ponda etc.)
Ola and Uber are not available in Goa, but you can download an App- Goamiles, which is a taxi service app by Govt.of Goa.
You can hire a self drive car/ bike either before your arrival or when you land into Goa. Pre- booking of vehicles are available at the airport (online)
