Our favourite restaurant in Bexhill!
Booking is essential - they tend to only do a limited number of covers each evening. Use their website to book - https://www.sobremesarestaurant.co.uk/
It's a little pricier than the other options in Bexhill (£40-£50/head) but definitely worth it!
Lots of traditional (and not so traditional) south and central American dishes with big bold flavours.
The ceviche is made with local seafood and is ridiculously good.
They also do paellas for Sunday lunch and delicious margaritas!
If you give them several days notice, they can even do a four tier stack of seafood - have a look on TripAdvisor for some pictures.

Camber Sands is our favourite beach to visit in the area. It's about 30-40mins drive away, so a little bit of a trek. Spectacularly open and dramatic, this is a lovely place for a bit of a contemplative stroll.
There are a few towns and farm shops nearby. It's quite close to Rye, so worth visiting if you're in the area.
