Sightseeing
Turn right as you leave the entrance to the caravan park & after a short walk you will come to the start of the Coastal Park. You can walk through the park or along the sea shore or even along the road... for miles. It is never busy & on the return trip you can stop off at the zip wire & play park

I love the Island. My Grandparents who were true East Enders, built a bungalow at Warden Point in the 1930s which I have recently discovered - it is such a mixture between the loud & the silence

Leysdown is a totally unabashed traditional sea side town full of places to have fun... There is an auction & Bingo every Saturday & a BootFair every Sunday but a few minutes walk away none of the hubub can be heard & there are some lovely walks & areas of interest to explore.
