Dartmoor has the largest number of archaeological remains in Europe. So if it is stone circles, menhirs, stone crosses and ancient villages that get you excited, Dartmoor is the place to be. In fact, it is where Time Team were, unearthing all manner of interesting artefacts. Dartmoor is home to all manner of wildlife, from Dartmoor ponies wandering the moor, to the rare marsh fritillery butterfly.

You can Book A tour to see Drake Island https://drakes-island.com/visit-the-island
Drake’s Island has had a colourful and chequered past. The mysterious six-acre island, a short hop across the water from Plymouth Hoe, is clearly visible from the shore but has been out of bounds to the public for more than thirty years.

Beach Bigbury
Visiting Plymouth summer time is the best place to be. I call it The city that makes you forget other places as you will feel like you're somewhere in Europe if you visit this beach is the most beautiful beaches you will visit in Plymouth.
Getting around
Fastest to get around the city
To get around Plymouth city centre the fastest will be walking as the flat is located near the city just 5min walk.
Ways to save
Parking around city centre
Most places around the city will be paid parking but after 5 or 7 pm are free.
Ways to save
Parking/ Permit
Road is permit holders parking but only between 12-3pm just those Hours. Also at the bottom of the road the side road parking is 2 or 3 hours of parking is available free so the time that you can't park on the property road you can park there. The property does have a garage at the back but it's quite difficult to get the car in, I would recommend parking on the street or if you qualify as a very good driver then you can use the garage.
