Smugglers Notch
Smugglers Notch, also known as "The Notch" is a narrow road that winds through Mount Mansfield between Cambridge and Stowe. During the warmer months, approximately May through November, the Notch is open giving you about a 20 minute drive to Stowe, however it does close in the winter months when the snow is too high to plow. Plan accordingly if you plan to visit Stowe during the winter months as it is about a 50 minute drive.
Getting around
Uber/Lyft
Uber & Lyts do not service Cambridge or surrounding area's. Keep this in mind as you plan your trip! You may be able to get a taxi with a few days notice out of Burlington shall you need arrangements for transportation.

Many of the restaurants in the area are very busy on weekend nights! Always best to make a reservation prior to your arrival. Uber eats is not available in our local area, a great opportunity to explore all of the farm to table food Vermont has to offer!
