The owner of this bakery studied in Paris. This is the closest to a parisian bakery experience I've had in the south, yet there's a different twist with lots of amazing sourdough bases and an incredible gluten free seed and nut loaf. It has a healthier vibe than your typical bakery. It's not to be missed if you're into baked goods.

Incredible biscuits, wheat and gluten free!! You have to get there right as they open or wait in a long line but it's so worth the wait. They make biscuit sandwiches as well as other baked goods. It's east of our house and there's easy parking.

Incredible local chocolate and bakery. There are huge lines in the evening on weekends but they have a somewhat hidden take out/to go door that is usually accessible.

Fantastic sunset. This is one of several rooftop Bars in downtown Asheville that I recommend visiting. You can do a self tour of all the rooftops on a warm evening. Don't miss sunset here! Reservations needed.

They charge for parking but there are literally 3 parking spots outside the Grove maybe 400 ft before you turn in that are free.
