Villa Roma is about 15 min away. Built in the 1940s with updates in the 70s and 80s, and hasn't been updated since. If you want to run on a treadmill or work out they have a small, very no frills gym - it is $6/day (you can pay when you enter the gym). Located in the same building as the bowling alley! Just park and go on up the stairs to the left.
In the main building is a pool and hot tub which is $10/day, closed from 1-2 for cleaning, open until 8pm. Best to go during the week when it's almost empty. Again, it's not fancy but if you want to get in a pool or hot tub during the winter, it's a very inexpensive option! Bring flip flops! Also, they have changing rooms but not sure about showers. Don't expect anything like a spa experience, but it's still an experience.
