Lots to do!
If you're interested in learning about the history of Charleston, there are several walking tours of the historical homes/churches/other sites in the downtown area. Rainbow Row is a short walk from The Battery and is a popular tourist spot featuring the quintessential Charleston-style homes in beautiful colors! There are plenty of shopping destinations near our home as well, and the Charleston City Market is a widely popular spot with local makers & artisans. Charleston is especially known for the many great restaurants; 5 Church, Frannie & the Fox, and Husk are just a few that come to mind.
