Traveler advice
Ways to save
Water, do I need to buy water?
No, you don't. In every sink in Iceland is drinkable water. Don´t spend a lot of money to buy water bottles its just a sales trick for tourists. Icelandic people never buy water we just fill up our bottles in the next sink.
Ways to save
Saving money on gas
If you are travelling on a car I suggest to search "comparing gas price in Reykjavík". We have a website that shows you where you can get the cheapest gas.
Book before you go
If you plan to visit any lagoons
We suggest to book in good advance because they are very popular and sometimes they are just fully booked. So if you want to be sure you get to see them we suggest to plan it and book it.
Don't miss
Swimming pools
In most swimming pools in Iceland we have lots of hot tubs and Jacuzzi's, sauna and steam bath. Its a really nice way to find a cheap good spa day and so relaxing.
