Where we live. Nice drives here and cute little town. What'd you expect, the Grand Tetons ? 😉
Jump on the Trace and drive North if you want to see a little nature. If you don't know, the Trace is a federal monument running from Natchez MS to Nashville TN. No big trucks allowed, low speed limits, and no building within 1/4 a mile from it. There are stops every few miles that vary from overlooks, to ancient burial mounds, to matre trails. You'll also usually see groundhogs, turkeys and other critters while driving. Don't speed too bad or 420 on there, as it's the Feds that will be busting you there😉

Customs and culture
Super southern
It's a typical, super southern, spot in Mississippi. People will likely be more friendly, helpful, and harder to get away from😄 than you are used to if you're from elsewhere in the US.
