Historic Revolutionary-era Fort with public beach. Sunset viewing from Fort Phoenix is hard to beat in this area and well worth the 5-10 minute walk.

Everything Else
Short course that's a great walk with beautiful scenery. Even though this regulation 18-hole, par-69 course is short (5300 yds), you'll still need to hit precise shots to score well.

Another local challenging golf course with a fantastic layout. Front nine is cut from tall white pines while the back nine opens up into a links-style stretch of holes to close. The course is walkable but does have riding carts.

Recreation
In my opinion, a hidden gem of a golf course on the south coast. This old-style layout appears simple at first glance but will challenge a player of any level. Don't expect a perfectly manicured country club, but if you are looking to hit all the clubs in your bag and be transported back in time to how golf courses were originally designed, then this is a course worth trying. It's 9 holes, not super short, but easily walkable.
