We probably eat here way too much, but they serve much more than pizza. If you’re lucky, they’ll be serving their cabbage rolls, best we’ve ever had. Just a couple of blocks south of the condo.

There's usually fun stuff happening at the Gardens on the weekend, and it's a nice walk. We're excited for the Crystal Bridge indoor botanic garden to re-open again this fall after a complete remodel.

Besides being a hotel, the first floor has an amazing art museum open to the public, with a rotating collection of contemporary art. The building itself has lots of history, and they have just reopened their restaurant, Mary Eddy's.

We enjoy strolling around the neighborhood and see something new every time. Great architecture, old and new; interesting history around Film Row just south of us; two art museums (OKC MOA and 21 C Hotel); and the Civic Center across the street.

This new museum is well worth your time. Conceived, executed and largely funded by Native Americans, it offers a vibrant and honest view of their history and contributions to our country. They have all kinds of cool special events happening, and a unique restaurant onsite. It's my #1 pick for "don't miss while you're here!"

We're Roots music fans, and the Arcadia Round Barn has weekend jams that offer easy listening to some great local acts. The barn itself is iconic and fun to explore, and the Pops Museum is right down the road.

This 1928 building is still housing a Saturday Farmer's Market that's a fun way to pick up local veggies and other food stuff. Sample your way through the hall and meet some folks! There's also an enormous Antique mall to wind your way through next door.

Frida's is our favorite restaurant in the state, whether you go for brunch or dinner. I could write a string of superlatives, but if you'd like a new take on Mexican/Southwest cuisine, just go!
