We like to sit/eat on the backside of the bar. At night, with the lights, water, boats/marina and Latino music you can mentally escape and pretend you are on the water at Puerto Los Cabos Marina.

Go to the Marsh Walk. Many restaurants and bars there along the boardwalk. Our favorite is Wicked Tuna. Watch the fishing boats come in with their catch. We also like the new Wicked Tuna on 2nd Ave N. Pier in Myrtle Beach.

They have booths at all popular tourist spots such as MB Boardwalk, Walmart, Bass Pro Shops, big Welcome Center buildings when driving in from 1 hour away.
Getting around
Avoid South Myrtle Beach.
No need to be in the downtown Myrtle Beach Boardwalk area after dark unless you are in your 20s and looking to party or for trouble. No need to be anywhere South of 8th Ave N even during the daytime with the exception for Wicked Tuna at 2nd Ave N. Pier.
