I haven't been but really would like to go and see the rooms which are open to the public. Each room is decorated by country and is really beautiful over the Christmas season.

Best view of city and golden triangle. Ride the incline up and back down. Take the time to read the history of how Pittsburgh was built using the inclines that were plentiful back in the day. Today there are only two. You can park at Station Square and shop before or after.

The #17 Shadland stops at the corner and goes to Downtown but I will tell you it is not the fastest way to get there. I am literally a 10 min drive by car and the bus will take 45 min to get to town & if you need to get to Oakland you will need a transfer. But if you are just wanting to see some of the North Side of Pittsburgh it's a great opportunity.

Ross Park Mall
My home is in Ross Twp a very quiet neighborhood but only minutes from downtown by car. If your business takes you to Cranberry then in the mornings you will be going opposite the traffic coming into town and only about a 25 min drive on 279N.

Again your many options will be found on McKnight Road. From Red Lobster to Panera and everything in between.
The best pancakes. Thin with crispy edges. The closest one to my home would be the one in the Strip District or the one in Millvale near Mr Smalls on Lincoln Avenue.
