Kedah Paddy Museum is the first rice museum in Malaysia and fourth museum to be opened in the world after Japan, Germany and the Philippines. It was built to honor the past and tradition of rice plant in Kedah.
You may learn the process of rice cultivation and also understand a variety of tools and final products of the cultivation
The main highlight is on the top floor of the museum. A revolving platform equipped with forty cinema seat from which visitors can admire a 360 degree diorama and mural which has been painted on the entire inside wall of the upper level. The mural was painted by a team of 60 North Korean artists ,creating a realistic panorama of the paddy fields and scenery found in Kedah.

Tree top sedim is the world’s longest rainforest canopy walk with a length of 925 metres and a height of 26 metres up above the forest floor at its highest point. The walkway follows a roughly rectangular shape and crosses the river twice.
