This is our favorite little winery. Owners, Steven & Justin are beyond the most gracious hosts. Great place to relax with some wine or delicious house made cocktails and various snack platters. Hudson Chatham Winery is Columbia County's first winery dated back to 2006. Originally founded as a dairy farm in the 1790’s, the 15 acre property property now grows hybrid varieties specifically grown to thrive in upstate New York, such as Seyval Blanc, Baco Noir, Chelois, Chambourcin, Dechanauc, Burdin and Le Colonel.

Borden’s Pond includes 1.6 miles of forested trails and a small wetland meadow. The site is home to varied wildlife and forests, sloping streamside trails, and Catskill Mountain views. There is not, however, a pond! When the dam that created the pond breached in 2006, the stream has since returned to its natural course, and part of the site is now a wetland. Hunting is not allowed at Borden’s Pond.
