You need to have your private or rent a car.
In Aguadilla, Uber does not work. You need to have a car in order to go around shopping or visit other places. If your flight to the airport is in Aguadilla, you can rent a car in Aguadilla. If your flight is to San Juan, you need to rent a car in San Juan and drive to Aguadilla. The drive is two hours at least.
