Ways to save
Groceries and supplies
Hochatown is a bit removed with minimal access to groceries and limited liquor stores. Don't get me wrong, there are still options around and since this is a tourist town we love the support from travelers shopping locally- However if you want to make the most out of your budget you might consider packing a cooler and bringing some things from home.
Getting around
Limited cell service
Depending on your mobile provider you might have limited cell service in certain areas. Wifi and cell service at the cabins has not been an issue. Might consider downloading directions before you depart as the roads into Broken Bow and Hochatown tend to have lots of dead zones.
Getting around
No ubers or postmates
Hochatown typically shuts down fairly early in certain months. Make sure you plan accordingly when it comes to checking times restaurants and other establishments close.
