From the incredibly beautiful Lake Minnewaska you can hike/walk/stroll around the lake and venture onto various trails to other magical parts of this preserve. Awosting Falls is a splendor you shouldn't miss and the hike down to the bottom of the falls is very pleasant. You'll love finding your own secret spots and make sure to go to Split Rock for a refreshing dip and if your trip happens to be in early to mid-August you can enjoy fresh blueberries!
