My favorite museum- traces the business side of Seattle, and is sponsored by great seattle companies like Boeing, Amazon, Microsoft, and Starbucks. Its a history museum, but has super interesting and interactive exhibits. Absolutely fantastic!

Anthony’s (in Des Moines)- high end seafood with water view. Always constantly excellent.
Angelos - excellent locally owned semi-high end old school Italian joint
Aussie Pie Company- Australian savory pies. Excellent.
Bella Luna Pizza & Pasta
Birrieria Tijuana - super unique cheesy tacos and consommé..very good..not expensive
Bok-a-Bok - incredible Korean/fried chicken fusion
Burien Fish House- best Fish and Chips
Burien Pizzeria- Neapolitan style thin crust pizza
Burien Press (best coffee) (Amazing beer and wine available)
Bison Creek Pizza- thicker style pizza with a ton of cheese. Locally owned.
Casa Durango (their chile relleno is so gooood)
Centro Kitchen- new style Mexican
Classic Eats - Excellent family style, *POC locally Owned
Dek Thai- best Thai in the area.
Eat Time - excellent affordable chinese food
El Cabrito- excellent Oaxaca style Mexican food. Family owned (their super cute kids are often there!)
El Rinconcito - locally owned taco joint - good for late night
Elliott Bay Brewhouse & Pub- locally brewed beer and excellent pub style food selection.
Ernie’s - dive bar- good fried food
Huckleberry’s- old school breakfast joint - don’t miss the epic berry muffins. I always order the country fried steak omelette- no one does this!
I love Teriyaki- my go-to to-go place. Katzu/teriyaki combo is epic and under $10.
K’s Teriyaki- another solid option
Kreung Thep - excellent Thai food
L&L Hawaiian Barbeque- not my favorite.
La Costa- excellent Mexican
Little Chicken Burger- great to-go burger locally owned.
Little Pat's Place - they make a great breakfast- cash only, locally owned. The marinated steak breakfast is sooo good!
Loretta's - awesome tavern burgers- top tavern burger in the US on a USA Today list a couple of years ago.
Marlaina’s - if you love Meditteranean food
Mawadda Cafe - Greek and Middle Eastern
Medzo Gelato - Dessert voted best in Washington
Odin's Brewery (in Tukwilla)
Ohana Kitchen - Korean twist on Hawaiian plate lunch- my favorite Hawaiian joint!
Osteria da Primo- high end Italian, locally owned
Pho’ Thu Thuy
Pickled and Preserved - Great grain bowls and an amazing selection of local food products to take home or give as gifts.
Pigfish Burgers & Sandwiches- freshly cut fries and amazing sandwiches. My favorite “to-go” joint.
Pit Stop Taproom- amazing beer selection, great food, plus the best vegan menu in burien (not all food is vegan)
