Sightseeing
You can't avoid it! The picturesque Castle is a private home and not open to the public - but the gardens are AND there is an Art Gallery attached. I love the vegetable area - it caters for the castle inhabitants and, if you're lucky you'll get to chat to a gardener. Art works spill over from the gallery into the gardens.
Also - secret spot - the "green road" that starts in the car park is great for dog-walks.

Cistersians. Chapel open to all. Lovely setting - you are welcome to walk about and can easily walk there from here. Picnic table always look inviting. Suit walkers with buggies/wheelchairs/ small children on bicycles but unfortunately dogs are not allowed.
