Sleeping Bear Dunes is a must see of beauty. Think twice about going down where it’s posted, it's a long way back up. :) There are beaches close for sunset viewing over Lake Michigan too.

During the color tour in the fall, this view is stunning! There is a steep drop of about 150' and you can see for miles.

Parks & Nature
Bayside Park is located near the intersection of US 31 & M 72. It's 2.5 miles from us. Sandy beach and not very crowded.
This bike trail goes from Suttons Bay to Acme. It is less then a mile from my house. Great for families on bikes that want to stay off the road. Joggers and walkers will really enjoy this trail.
There is a trailhead next to the Walgreens on Holiday Road.
In 2022 there is an extension planned near Acme. This will add hundred of miles by connecting to other trail systems.
