Love going here on Soul Spot on 1st and 3rd Fridays where my friend, J.J. Lopez and friends pull out the best Funk, Soul and R+B in San Anto - I have teased him for years that if I had a son, he would be just like JJ, because from the 1st time I heard him spin, I was hooked! Best to take a cab or drive over as it's not in the hood!
