This is a restaurant you will not forget. There is rustic local food from the mountains such as Venison, Wild Boar, Rabbit and other game and also more conventional Spanish food. Famous for their home made bread. The views from here are breathtaking as is the rugged trip getting here. You need to book. If you don't want to eat just go for a drink.

This is where you will find most of the bars and restaurants in Torrox. The two that we favour are, Bar Aries very reasonable prices with friendly service, they do a very good paella but do need 40 minutes notice. We also very much favour La Casa restaurant English run with very good food at middle prices, well worth a visit.

Competa is about 25 minute drive up the A7207 mountain road. Lots of busy bars and restaurants and typical steep narrow pueblo streets. There is a good market on Saturdays.
