Food Scene
Great, locally-owned spot that's walking distance from The Green Room. Gets a lot of regulars, including parents visiting their Santa Clara University students.

I've been going to this place for 20+ years. Owned by an adorable clan of Asian women, the menu has everything from kick-ass traditional breakfast food, to fried rice and Mexican dishes. They now have a liquor license and are open through dinner. Some outdoor tables. Nothing fancy, but great, fresh, diner food.

San Pedro Square is a compilation of restaurants, bars and a few shops in an historic section of downtown San Jose. Always lively and tons of food and bar choices for all tastes. Huge outdoor dining area for the complex, strung with lights, that is great for groups hanging out any night of the week.

Cool stuff to do when you stay in The Green Room.
I'm an Earthquakes season ticket holder, and this stadium is so damn cool. Not a bad seat, and the most amazing outdoor bar.

Great restaurants, high-end (mostly) shopping and people-watching at Santana Row. Styled loosely after European shopping districts, it's pretty lively seven days a week. It's a quick Lyft or Uber ride from The Green Room.
