It's a lovely walk, don't forget to include the old cemetery and find the plaques in the streets of Cavendish that describe the history of the town. Behind the ANZAC memorial there is a map of old Cavendish set in stone on the ground...next to the children's playground. And of course there's the local pub, where you can have lunch and a drink and sit outside looking over the river...
